I was really keen to experience this but it’s not right for me 😣 First my teeth don’t feel clean after using it , I did try 3 days before I went back using my usual prescription toothpaste. I have Sjögren’s and need to pay extra attention to my mouth care. I did try using my toothpaste after Neous but there is also the time factor. I usually brush 3 minutes , this add to the routine is quite a stretch Only way was to use it under the shower. Anyway am afraid I ve stopped using it regularly , sorry 😞

Arrived quickly, didn’t use it straight away as was too busy to look at instructions & wanted to be sure to use it correctly. The first time I did use it with the Ineos tablet crushed in my mouth it left my teeth feeling extremely sensitive which rather put me off. However, I could see the whitening effect had worked so the next day I tried it with normal sensitive toothpaste & it was much more comfortable & seems to work fine. One slight annoyance is the light switches back on a lot when I put it down, and it doesn’t automatically switch off after 1 minute

But I don’t like the packaging - the packets are bulky and don’t stand up making them inconvenient to store. I would prefer a cardboard box or a tin to keep them in. Hence my mid-range score

What is in the Starter Kit?

The NUEOS Starter Kit - Generation 2 - includes:

  • NUEOS Light Bath device (Generation 2) with its own travel case
  • Two month's toothpaste tablets
  • Two month's mouthwash tablets
  • Two reusable bathroom tins (one for toothpaste, one for mouthwash)
  • Dental floss and Floss reusable tin

Everything you need to begin your new oral care routine. All packaging is recyclable.
What is the 5-step NUEOS routine?
  1. Floss - remove debris from between teeth and along the gumline.
  2. Bathe - chew a toothpaste tablet and move the foam around your mouth. Then use the Light Bath for one minute.
  3. Brush - use your wet toothbrush (manual or electric) with the natural foam already in your mouth. No extra toothpaste needed.
  4. Rinse out the toothpaste - spit thoroughly. Do not swallow.
  5. Wash - chew a mouthwash tablet for a post-hygienist finish. Spit residual. Do not rinse with water afterwards - let it work.
Can I buy the Starter Kit as a one-off without subscribing?

Yes. The Starter Kit can be purchased as a one-off. You are not automatically enrolled in a subscription. After your first order you can choose to subscribe to bi-monthly tablet refills whenever you are ready - there is no pressure to commit upfront.
Which tablet formula comes in the Starter Kit - Original or Postbiotic?

The Starter Kit is available with either Original tablets (fluoride + hydroxyapatite) or Postbiotic tablets (fluoride + hydroxyapatite + Lactobacillus postbiotic). Select your preference when adding to cart.

What are the Postbiotic toothpaste tablets?

The Postbiotic toothpaste tablets are an upgraded version of the Original formula, now including Lactobacillus postbiotic - stable, active compounds produced by beneficial bacteria that help support a balanced oral environment. They contain the same enamel-protective fluoride and hydroxyapatite as the Original, with postbiotic support added.
What is Lactobacillus postbiotic and what does it do?

Lactobacillus postbiotic refers to the stable, active compounds produced by Lactobacillus bacteria - not the live bacteria themselves. These bioactive molecules help support a balanced oral microbiome, contributing to a healthier oral environment with every brush. Unlike live probiotics, postbiotics are inherently stable and do not require refrigeration, making them ideal for a tablet format.

What is the difference between the Original and Postbiotic toothpaste tablets?

Both variants contain 1000 ppm fluoride and hydroxyapatite for dual enamel protection, and both are SLS-free and 98%+ naturally derived.

The Postbiotic variant adds Lactobacillus postbiotic to actively support a balanced oral microbiome alongside the enamel protection. If you want enamel performance plus daily microbiome support, the Postbiotic tablets are the next step.

What does the Light Bath do?

The Light Bath is a hands-free, one-minute oral device that uses red and blue LED light as part of your daily routine.

  • Blue light: helps lift surface stains and works in combination with the PAP ingredient in NUEOS toothpaste tablets.
  • Red light: supports gum tissue and a calmer oral environment.

Used consistently, the Light Bath enhances the effectiveness of the rest of your NUEOS routine.

Where does NUEOS deliver?

Currently within England, Wales, and Scotland only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or internationally. EU and wider international shipping is planned.
How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes a further 2–4 working days typically a 48hr tracked or a similar tracked service is used. Supplier varies over time and is choosen by our 3PL based on feedback and seasonality. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on the Starter Kit and on all subscription refill orders. For other products, delivery is calculated at the basket. Free delivery may apply during promotional periods - check the top of the page for current offers.
