Subscription Terms

Welcome to NUEOS - the next generation of oral care, delivered to your door. These Subscription Terms explain how your NUEOS subscription works, including costs, commitment period, renewals, and cancellations.
At this time, this service is only for UK residents.
Please read them carefully before subscribing.
What’s Included in Your Subscription
Your NUEOS subscription gives you:
- A one-time Starter Kit, which includes your Light Bath device and your first supply of toothpaste and mouthwash tablets in recyclable packaging and your reusable metal tins.
- Bi-monthly refills of toothpaste and mouthwash tablets to keep your oral care routine thriving.
- Everything is delivered directly to your door, with shipping included in the price.
Subscription Commitment
- Your NUEOS subscription has a 12-month minimum commitment, starting from the date your Starter Kit is dispatched.
- During this period:
i. You will be automatically billed every 2 months.
ii. You will receive a fresh supply of toothpaste and mouthwash tablets every 2 months.
iii. You cannot cancel or pause your subscription within the 12-month commitment period, unless your products are faulty or via mutual agreement. Talk to the Support team.
Pricing and Billing
- Prices are displayed in the local currency and include taxes for that market and shipping. The price is the price.
- Promotions and offers are sometimes made. They will have their own terms and conditions.
- Payments are taken automatically from the payment method you provide at checkout. d. You must ensure your payment details are valid and kept up to date.
- If a payment fails:
i. We will attempt to take payment again.
ii. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be collected.
Subscription Renewals After 12 Months
After the initial 12-month commitment:
- Your subscription will continue on a rolling bi-monthly basis.
- You will be billed every 2 months for refills as usual.
- You can cancel at any time by giving at least 1 full bi-monthly billing cycle’s notice after the initial term.
How to Cancel
To cancel after your 12-month commitment period:
- Email support@nueos.com with your full name and order details.
- You must give at least 1 full bi-monthly billing cycle’s notice. For example: If your next refill is due on 1st October and you notify us before that date, no further refills or payments will be taken after October. If you notify us after your refill has been processed, you will be billed and sent that final refill before your subscription ends.
Returns and Refunds
Please see our full Refunds & Returns Policy for details . But in summary:
- We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used toothpaste or mouthwash tablets, unless faulty.
- Subscriptions cannot be cancelled early during the 12-month commitment period, unless legally entitled (e.g., faulty products).
Changes to Your Subscription
We may make reasonable changes to our subscription terms, pricing, or product offerings. If we do:
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.
- You can cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the changes (provided your 12-month commitment period has ended).
