What sustainable features does your product packaging have?

Yes, our packaging is designed to minimise environmental impact:

  • Toothpaste and mouthwash tablets come in refill pouches. Just decant into the reusable aluminum tins.
  • The outer packaging is made of recyclable cardboard, and is recyclable.
  • The refill pouches are made of paper–aluminum composite material: the outer layer is recyclable paper, and the inner layer is aluminum foil, which helps preserve freshness while reducing plastic use.
  • LED light device is packaged in a recyclable tinplate container and built for long-term use, helping to reduce electronic waste.
  • The Light Bath is rechargeable, and uses a USB C cable. Common in most houses, so no charger is supplied.
Are your ingredients environmentally friendly and transparently sourced?

Yes, we prioritise biodegradable, non-toxic ingredients, and strive to maintain sourcing transparency.We strictly avoid synthetic microplastics, SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), and parabens.
Are your products vegan?

Yes, all our products are formulated without animal-derived ingredients, including beeswax, lanolin, or gelatin.
Are your products tested on animals?

No, we never test on animals and only work with suppliers who uphold the same cruelty-free principles.

Yes. The sachets can be recycled. Just follow any specific instructions from your recycling provided. The tins are metal, some regions made need the paper label removed.

What is the returns policy?

Is there a minimum commitment period for the subscription?

12 months (Starter Kit and 11 months). Full subscription terms are outlined in the Subscription Terms section.

Can I use if I am pregnant?

It is always best to check with your doctor or gynecologist if you are unsure, especially if you have any other nested conditions or concerns. There are nothing known in the ingredients, nor LED process that should cause harm. If it doubt please seek your own advice.

How Does It Work

What are the 4 steps?

1) Floss - use floss or dental sticks to remove any physical debris from your teeth and gums.
2) Bathe - chew a toothpaste tablet, and move around your mouth. Then use the Light Bath for a minute.
3) Brush - use a wet toothbrush. Either a manual or electric toothbrush. No need for your old toothpaste here.
4) Wash - crunch a mouthwash tablet if you like the extra post-hygienist freshness.

After you have removed physical debris, suck then chew the toothpaste tablet. Ensure you move the foam around all your teeth for the best results.

What does the Light Bath do?

The NUEOS Light Bath enhances your daily oral care routine by preparing your teeth and gums for a deeper, more effective clean.

It helps to:
• Helps reduce plaque causing bacteria, supporting healthier gums
• Naturally brighten teeth without abrasives or peroxide by helping lift surface stains
• Work in harmony with our specially formulated toothpaste tablets for improved results

Our Natural Glow Light Bath uses two types of visible LED light: blue and red.

Blue light is known for its gentle, non-invasive properties that help accelerate the removal of surface blemishes and stains. It works best alongside the active whitening ingredient PAP found in our toothpaste tablets.

Red light delivers mild, targeted warmth to the teeth and gums, including the gum pockets. This helps nourish and refresh the oral tissues while supporting a deeper clean before brushing. It also enhances the effectiveness of key ingredients such as HAP, which helps strengthen enamel to help defend against sensitivity.

Used daily, the Light Bath helps you achieve that post-hygienist feeling at home.

The mouthwash tablet is designed for extra post clean freshness. Suck it for a second before chewing. Spit any residual at the end.

Light Bath

How do I clean the Light Bath?

The Light Bath is designed to be simple to care for, with minimal maintenance required.

  • Day to day: After each use, give the soft silicone mouthpiece a quick rinse under warm water, then shake off any excess. For a deeper clean now and then, you can use your toothbrush to gently scrub the surface.
  • Every so often: Wipe down the main body of the device and the charging stand with a soft dry or damp cloth. If any condensation builds up (especially in humid bathrooms), a quick wipe around the charging connections will keep things working smoothly.

That’s it. No fuss, no special equipment, just a few seconds of care to keep your Light Bath ready to use every day.
What are the benefits of the red and blue lights?

Our booster light - Natural Glow - uses two types of visible light LEDs: blue and red.

The blue light is known for its safe properties in enhancing and accelerating the removal of blemishes from the teeth surface. It works optimally in conjunction with the active whitening ingredient PAP in our toothpaste tablet.

The red light provides mild, targeted heat to the teeth and gum surfaces, including the gum pockets. This effect helps to deep clean and nourish the teeth and gums before brushing, enhancing the efficacy of the toothpaste active ingredients, such as HAP, to protect your tooth enamel.
How do I charge the Light Bath

Stand the Light Bath in its docking station. This uses a USB C cable (supplied).

Where should I charge the Light Bath

Anywhere you have a USB C cable. A typical charge lasts 4 to 6 weeks, and only take an hour. It does not need to be constantly plugged in to work.
How long does charging take, and how long does the battery last?

The Light Bath comes with some charge from the factory. It is recommended to charge before full usage. Charge until the light behind the button stops flashing.

How do I know it is charging / finished charging

The logo on the front of the Light Bath will pulse when charging. It will stay illuminated when full. This is typically less an an hour.

How do I turn the Light Bath on?

Press and hold the button on the front of the Light Bath for 2 seconds. Hold the button, it does not depress.
How long do I use the Light Bath for?

The red and blue combined cycle should last for 1 minute. It will beep when complete.
Will it auto-turn-off?

Yes. If you leave it on or it accidentally turns on in transit for example it will after 5 minutes.

Is the Lightbath waterproof?

The Lightbath is water resistant and sealed, perfectly OK to rinse. Not advised to submerge.

Can I use the Lightbath with braces, veneers or crowns?

Please consult your dental practitioner for your personalised answer.

Is the Lightbath safe for sensitive teeth or gums?

Yes.

Is the Lightbath compatible with other toothpaste brands?

Does your toothpaste include whitening peroxides, such as hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide?

No, our products do not contain peroxide. Instead, they utilize proven and safe active ingredients such as Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid (PAP) and Hydroxyapatite (HAP) to effectively deep clean, whiten, and nourish your teeth and mouth.
Can I get an allergic reaction from the tablets?

All of the ingredients in our toothpaste and mouthwash tablets are well-known, tested, and widely approved.

How many tablets should I use?

1 tablet is 1 portion. So, just 1 for toothpaste and 1 for the mouthwash per go.
How can I make sure the toothpaste is spread well enough around my mouth?

Allow the tablet to dissolve as you chew it gentle. For best results, let the tablet sit on your tongue for a few seconds to soften before biting. As you chew, move it around your whole mouth.
Do I still need to use my normal toothpaste and mouthwash?

No, it is not necessary to use additional toothpaste or mouthwash products. Our complementary product set is designed to replace your traditional toothpaste and mouthwash.
Toothpaste foam - consistency

The toothpaste produces a natural foam. The quantity of foam varies slightly by person.

Do NUEOS tablets help remove surface and deep stains?

Yes, our PAP toothpaste and blue light technology effectively remove surface stains caused by coffee, tea, smoking, wine, etc. However, they will not alter the intrinsic color of the enamel.
Mouthwash - how long to leave it before eating/drinking?

The advice is at least 15 minutes after use. This is purely for any impact taste of the items you consume.
Can your toothpaste or mouthwash cause a damage to the tooth enamel?

No, our products are free of peroxide and abrasives, so they do not wear down or etch the enamel surface. On the contrary, our products contain HAP, which helps to protect your enamel.
Is your toothpaste and mouthwash safe for daily use?

Yes, the product is designed for daily use as part of your dental care routine, at least twice a day.
Does the toothpaste tablet have any whitening effect, or is there something else I should be aware of?

Yes, our toothpaste has a whitening effect due to its PAP active ingredient. The combination of PAP toothpaste and blue light is effective at removing surface stains caused by coffee, tea, smoking, wine, etc. However, it will not alter the intrinsic color of the enamel.

Each refill sachet contains 62 tablets. That is enough for twice a day for the longest of months.
