Subscribe & Save

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Choose your range, TriplePro (Original) or TripleBiotic (Postbiotic), and we'll deliver 3 months of toothpaste and mouthwash tablets to your door every 3 months. You pay in advance for each delivery, delivery is free, and we email you before every payment.

What's in my first delivery?

Your first delivery includes:

3 months of toothpaste and mouthwash tablets
a free Starter Kit: LightBath red and blue light device, floss with refill, and reusable storage tins
a free bonus month of tablets, to share or keep as a spare so your routine isn't interrupted if a delivery is ever delayed.

Is there a minimum term? Can I cancel at any time?

No. There's no minimum term, and you can cancel at any time in your account. One thing to know: your free Starter Kit is an introductory offer for subscribers who stay for at least a second delivery. If you cancel before your second payment, we may charge the difference between the Starter Kit's retail value and what you paid, or you can simply send the kit back instead. After your second payment, there's nothing to pay when you cancel.

How much do I save?

The Subscribe & Save price is 25% less than buying the same tablets as one-off purchases at our standard prices. Your free Starter Kit and gifts are on top of that saving. Delivery is always free for subscribers.

What happens if I cancel after my first delivery?

If you cancel before your second payment, we have the right to charge the difference between the retail value of your first delivery (at the prices on our product pages when you subscribed) and what you paid for it. We'll always email you the exact amount first and give you 14 days to choose. You can pay it, or return the Starter Kit (with the LightBath and accessories) in good condition, and then nothing is charged. This never applies if you cancel within your 14-day cooling-off period or if something was faulty.

Do I get any free gifts?

Yes, you get gifts along the way:

Delivery 1: free Starter Kit and a bonus month of tablets
Delivery 2: a Whitening Booster Gel Pen
Delivery 5 (your first anniversary): a mystery gift

Every gift is also sold on its own on nueos.com, so you can see exactly what it is. Gifts are subject to availability. If one is out of stock, we'll send something similar of equal or greater value, or send it with a later delivery.

Can I skip, pause or change a delivery?

Yes. Log in to your account at any time to skip a delivery, bring it forward or push it back, swap range, or update your address and payment details. Make changes before your next payment date for them to apply to that delivery.

Can I switch between TriplePro and TripleBiotic?

Yes. You can swap between TriplePro and TripleBiotic in your account. The price of the range you switch to applies from your next payment, and we'll show you the new price before you confirm.

How do I cancel?

Log in to your account and cancel in a few clicks, or email support@nueos.com. If you cancel before your next payment is taken, you won't be charged again.

When will I be charged?

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. After that, you're charged every 3 months on your renewal date, and we email you a reminder before each payment. You can see your next payment date in your account.

Will the price ever change?

Your price is shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. We aim to keep any price changes in line with inflation. If we ever need to change your price, we'll email you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

I subscribed on the old bi-monthly plan. What changes for me?

Your price and bi-monthly delivery stay the same for the foreseeable future, and we'll email you before anything changes. The 12-month minimum commitment no longer applies, so you can cancel at any time in your account, with no notice period. In due course, we'll offer you the option to move to quarterly deliveries. It's entirely your choice.

Are NUEOS products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All NUEOS products are formulated without animal-derived ingredients. We never test on animals and only work with suppliers who uphold the same cruelty-free principles.

Do offers and promotions change?

Yes - our offers, bundle prices, and promotional deals change from time to time. The best way to stay up to date is to check the website or sign up to our emails. Current offers are always shown at the top of the page.

What makes NUEOS different from regular toothpaste brands?

Most oral care products were designed decades ago. The Starter Kit

Can I buy the Starter Kit as a one-off without subscribing?

Yes. The Starter Kit can be purchased as a one-off. You are not automatically enrolled in a subscription. After your first order you can choose to subscribe to bi-monthly tablet refills whenever you are ready - there is no pressure to commit upfront.

Do I need the Starter Kit to use NUEOS tablets?

The Starter Kit is the recommended starting point because it includes the Light Bath device, which is central to the NUEOS routine. You can buy toothpaste and mouthwash tablets separately, but to get the full benefit of the system - including the LED light therapy - the Starter Kit is where to begin.

Is delivery included with the Starter Kit?

Yes - UK delivery is free on the Starter Kit.

What are my buying options for the Starter Kit?

You have two options:

One-off purchase - buy the Starter Kit once, with no ongoing commitment. You can add a refill subscription later whenever you choose.
Subscribe - buy the Starter Kit and set up bi-monthly refills at the same time. Subscribers receive free UK delivery on refill orders.

What is the 5-step NUEOS routine?

Floss - remove debris from between teeth and along the gumline.
Bathe - chew a toothpaste tablet and move the foam around your mouth. Then use the Light Bath for one minute.
Brush - use your wet toothbrush (manual or electric) with the natural foam already in your mouth. No extra toothpaste needed.
Rinse out the toothpaste - spit thoroughly. Do not swallow.
Wash - chew a mouthwash tablet for a post-hygienist finish. Spit residual. Do not rinse with water afterwards - let it work.

3-Month Bundle

Do I need the reusable tins to use the 3-Month Bundle?

This bundle includes the bathroom tins.

Does the 3-Month Bundle include the Light Bath?

No. The bundle contains tablets only - toothpaste and mouthwash. If you want the full NUEOS system including the Light Bath device, the Starter Kit is the right place to start.

Is the 3-Month Bundle a subscription?

No. It is a one-off purchase. There is no ongoing commitment. If you decide you would like regular refills, you can set up a subscription separately.

What is the 3-Month Get-Started Bundle?

The 3-Month Get-Started Bundle is a one-off purchase containing three months' supply of the TriplePro NUEOS toothpaste and 2 months supply of mouthwash tablets. It does not include the Light Bath device. It is designed as an accessible way to try the tablets, or to stock up on refills. It does come with the bathroom tins to store your tabs safely.

What is the delivery cost for the 3-Month Bundle?

Delivery costs are calculated at the basket. Free delivery may be available during promotional periods - check the top of the page or basket for current offers.

What is the difference between the 3-Month Bundle and the refill packs?

The 3-Month Bundle is a one-off purchase and does not require you to have the Starter Kit first. The 5-piece and 4-piece refill packs are designed for customers who already have the Starter Kit and its tins.

Toothpaste Tablets

Are the toothpaste tablets safe for daily use?

Yes. The tablets are designed for twice-daily use. They are SLS-free, peroxide-free, and free from harsh abrasives.

Are the toothpaste tablets suitable for people with sensitive teeth?

The formula includes potassium citrate, which helps calm nerve sensitivity. The tablets are SLS-free, which many people with sensitive mouths find more comfortable than conventional toothpaste.

Can children use the toothpaste tablets?

The tablets are formulated for adult use. Children sometimes have different needs - check with your family dentist before use.

Can I travel with the toothpaste tablets?

Yes. Tablets are solid, so they are not subject to liquid restrictions. TSA/airport security compliant.

Can I use the tablets if I have dental implants or have had recent dental work?

If you have had a recent procedure, check with your dentist first. Established dental implants are generally fine. When in doubt, ask your dental practitioner.

Can the tablets damage my enamel?

No. The formula is free from peroxide and harsh abrasives. The hydroxyapatite included actively supports enamel health.

Do the tablets have a whitening effect?

Yes. The tablets contain PAP (Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid), a peroxide-free whitening agent, plus papain (a papaya-derived enzyme) and silica for gentle surface polishing. The combination is effective at lifting surface stains from coffee, tea, wine, and smoking. They will not alter the intrinsic colour of enamel.

Do the toothpaste tablets contain fluoride?

Yes. NUEOS toothpaste tablets contain 1000 ppm sodium fluoride - the level recommended by dental professionals for adult use. Fluoride works alongside hydroxyapatite (HAp) for dual enamel protection.

How many tablets do I use per brush?

One tablet = one use. Use twice daily as part of your oral care routine.

Should I rinse after using the toothpaste tablet?

Yes - spit thoroughly after brushing. Do not swallow. Unlike mouthwash tablets, you do rinse the toothpaste out.

What are my buying options for toothpaste tablets?

What is hydroxyapatite (HAp) and why is it in the tablets?

Hydroxyapatite is a biomimetic mineral structurally identical to the mineral in your tooth enamel. It helps support remineralisation - filling micro-lesions and reinforcing enamel alongside fluoride. Together, fluoride and hydroxyapatite provide dual enamel protection.

Mouthwash Tablets

Do the mouthwash tablets contain fluoride, alcohol or chlorhexidine?

No. The mouthwash tablets are free from fluoride, alcohol, and chlorhexidine. They are formulated to support oral balance without harsh antiseptic action.

How long after using the mouthwash tablet can I eat or drink?

Wait at least 15 minutes. This is to avoid any impact on the taste of what you consume and to allow the active ingredients to work.

Is the mouthwash tablet safe for daily use?

Yes. The mouthwash tablets are designed for daily use - they are alcohol-free and formulated to work with your oral environment, not strip it.

Should I rinse with water after using the mouthwash tablet?

No - do not rinse with water afterwards. Spit the residual and let the active ingredients continue to work. Wait at least 15 minutes before eating or drinking.

What are my buying options for mouthwash tablets?

Why no alcohol in the mouthwash?

Alcohol-based mouthwashes are effective in the short term but can cause dryness, irritation, and disruption to the oral microbiome with repeated daily use. NUEOS mouthwash tablets are alcohol-free by design.

Is it safe to use TripleBiotic mouthwash tablets every day?

Yes - and daily use is recommended. Unlike antiseptic mouthwashes, the TripleBiotic formula works with your oral biology rather than disrupting it. The benefit is cumulative: consistent daily use supports a better-balanced oral environment over time.

No - you do not need to have purchased the Starter Kit first. However, the Starter Kit includes reusable bathroom tins for storage. Without tins, you can store tablets in their sachet, but the tins are designed to keep your bathroom tidy. Tins are available separately if needed.

How long does a 5-Piece Refill Bundle last?

Each sachet contains 62 tablets - enough for twice-daily use for one month. With 2 toothpaste and 2 mouthwash sachets, the bundle provides approximately two months' supply of each. Unless product specific information indicates otherwise.

Is the 5-Piece Bundle a one-off or a subscription?

Which tablet formula comes in the 4-Piece Refill - TriplePro or TripleBiotic?

The 4-Piece Refill is available in TriplePro or TripleBiotic variants. In the Postbiotic option, all four sachets contain Postbiotic tablets. Select your preference on the product page.

How does the subscription work?

When you subscribe, bi-monthly refills of toothpaste and mouthwash tablets are sent automatically to your address. Your card is charged on each dispatch. You will receive an email notification before each delivery. No action is needed - everything runs on autopilot.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

Yes - there is a minimum commitment of 12 months (the Starter Kit plus 6 bimonthly refill payments). Full terms are set out in the Subscription Terms.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Please contact the customer support team to discuss cancellation. Full cancellation terms are outlined in the Subscription Terms.

Can I pause or skip a refill delivery?

Refills are sent automatically every two months. If you need to pause or skip a delivery, contact the support team as soon as possible before your next dispatch date. A number of days before dispatch will be needed to make any adjustments. Once dispatched, any cancellation will apply to the next delivery.

Will I be reminded before each refill ships?

Yes - you will receive an email notification before each refill is dispatched. No action is required unless you want to make changes.

Is delivery free on subscription refills?

Yes - UK delivery is included for active subscribers.

Do I need to have bought the Starter Kit to order the 4-Piece Refill?

No - but the Starter Kit includes the reusable tins designed for bathroom storage. Without tins, tablets can be stored in their sachet. The Starter Kit also includes the Light Bath, which is central to the NUEOS routine.

Can children use the Light Bath?

NUEOS products are designed for adults. Children can have different needs, so check with your family dentist first.

Can I buy the Light Bath on its own?

Yes. The Light Bath is sold on its own. It is also included in every NUEOS Starter Kit, and in the first delivery of a TriplePro or TripleBiotic subscription.

Can I take the Light Bath travelling?

Yes. It comes with a dedicated travel case that is compact enough for your washbag and carry-on approved. Make sure the Light Bath is dry before it goes in the case, and charge it before you leave. A full charge typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks.

Can I use a fast charger?

No. The Light Bath is designed to charge at 5V. Use a standard 5V USB plug, or a USB socket such as the one on a laptop. Fast chargers and high-wattage plugs for phones, tablets and laptops are not suitable and may damage the battery. If your plug is labelled 'fast charge', 'quick charge' or 'PD', use a different one.

Can I use the Light Bath if I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?

There are no known concerns with the LED process. If you are pregnant or have a health condition, we recommend checking with your doctor or midwife first.

Can I use the Light Bath with braces, veneers or crowns?

Please ask your dental practitioner for personal advice before using the Light Bath with braces, veneers, crowns or implants.

Do I need to dry it before putting it back on its stand?

Yes. Rinse it, shake off the water, and dry it with a clean towel or let it air dry before it goes back on the stand or into the travel case. Keep the base of the Light Bath and the charging dock dry, especially before charging.

How do I charge the Light Bath?

Stand the Light Bath in its charging dock and connect the dock, using the USB-C cable supplied, to a standard 5V USB plug or USB socket. Do not use a fast charger. The logo on the front pulses while it charges and stays lit when it's full. A full charge typically takes under one hour.

How do I clean the Light Bath?

After each use, rinse the silicone mouthpiece under running water, shake off the excess and dry it before you put it away. Every so often, give the mouthpiece a gentle scrub with your toothbrush. Wipe the body and charging stand with a soft damp cloth when needed. No special equipment is required.

How do I know when it's fully charged?

The logo on the front pulses while the Light Bath is charging and stays lit once it's full. A full charge typically takes under one hour.

How do I recycle a Light Bath?

The Light Bath is recyclable as a small electrical item. It contains a rechargeable battery, so don't put it in your household bin. Take it to a recycling point that accepts small electricals.

How do I use the Light Bath?

Chew one NUEOS toothpaste tablet and move the foam around your mouth.
Place the mouthpiece in your mouth, then press and hold the button on the front for 1 second.
It runs a one-minute red and blue cycle and beeps when it's done.
Take it out, turn it off, rinse it and dry it, then put it back on its stand.

How long does the battery last?

Typically 4–6 weeks on a full charge. It does not need to be kept plugged in.

Can I use the Light Bath with other toothpaste, or on its own?

Yes. It can be used with other toothpastes or as a standalone device. Its red and blue light is optimised to work with NUEOS toothpaste tablets, so you get the full benefit by using them together.

Is the Light Bath safe to use every day?

Yes. The Light Bath is designed for one-minute daily sessions, and there are no known concerns with the LED process. If you have a specific health condition, check with your doctor or dentist first.

Is the Light Bath waterproof?

It is water resistant and sealed, so it's safe to rinse under the tap. It isn't designed to be submerged, so don't soak it or leave it sitting in water.

My Light Bath won't turn on. What should I do?

It most likely needs charging. Stand it in the dock, connect the supplied USB-C cable to a standard 5V USB plug (not a fast charger) and charge it for a full hour. Check that the logo pulses while it charges. Then press and hold the button on the front for 1 second. If it still won't start, contact Support and we'll put it right.

What does the Light Bath do?

The Light Bath is a hands-free, one-minute oral device that uses red and blue LED light as part of your daily routine.

Blue light: helps lift surface stains and works in combination with the PAP ingredient in NUEOS toothpaste tablets.
Red light: supports gum tissue and a calmer oral environment.

Used consistently, the Light Bath enhances the effectiveness of the rest of your NUEOS routine.

What if my Light Bath is faulty or stops working?

Try a full charge on a standard 5V USB plug first. If that doesn't fix it, contact Support with your order number and a short description of what's happening, and we'll put it right.

Orders, Delivery & Returns

Where does NUEOS deliver?

Currently within England, Wales, and Scotland only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or internationally. EU and wider international shipping is planned.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes a further 2–4 working days typically a 48hr tracked or a similar tracked service is used. Supplier varies over time and is choosen by our 3PL based on feedback and seasonality. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on the Starter Kit and on all subscription refill orders. For other products, delivery is calculated at the basket. Free delivery may apply during promotional periods - check the top of the page for current offers.

What is the returns policy?

If something is not right, contact us and we will put it right. Full returns details are in the Shipping, Refunds & Returns policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay (Shopify), Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, and Union Pay.

What will appear on my bank statement?

Your statement will show Wizesmile Ltd - that is NUEOS's legal company name.

How do I update my address or payment details?

Sustainability & Ethics

Are NUEOS products plastic-free?

Yes. Toothpaste and mouthwash tablets come in paper-aluminium refill sachets (no plastic). The reusable tins are metal and designed to last a lifetime. The Light Bath is itself recyclable like other small electical appliance. NUEOS is free from synthetic microplastics in all formulas.

Are the sachets recyclable?

Yes. The sachets are made from a paper-aluminium composite - the outer layer is recyclable paper, the inner layer is aluminium foil. Recycle as your local council advises.

Are the tins reusable?

Yes. The tins are designed to last a lifetime. When you reorder tablets, simply decant the new sachet into your tin.

Are NUEOS products vegan?

Yes. All formulas are free from animal-derived ingredients.
