Corporate Responsibility & Ethics, Refunds & Returns

Effective Date: July 1st, 2025

At NUEOS, we believe that doing business responsibly means doing what’s right for our customers, our team, our partners, and the planet. The following policies set out our commitment to ethical practices, sustainability, and social responsibility across all aspects of our business.

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

NUEOS is committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation have no place in our business or supply chains.

Although we are below the statutory reporting threshold set by the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we choose to adopt these principles as part of our ethical approach.

Our Commitments:

We do not tolerate slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in any part of our operations.

  • We work with reputable suppliers and partners who share our values.
  • We expect all suppliers, manufacturers, and fulfilment partners to comply with applicable labour laws and ethical standards.
  • We carry out reasonable due diligence when selecting new suppliers and fulfilment partners.
  • We encourage our team and partners to report any concerns related to modern slavery or exploitation.

We recognise the importance of ongoing vigilance and will continue to review and improve our processes to mitigate the risk of modern slavery.

Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

NUEOS operates a strict zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, and unethical business practices.

This policy applies to all directors, employees, contractors, and anyone working on our behalf, in line with the Bribery Act 2010.

Prohibited Conduct:

  • Offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting bribes of any kind.
  • Facilitating payments intended to improperly influence a business decision.
  • Providing or accepting gifts, hospitality, or other benefits that could be seen as unethical or designed to influence.

Our Commitments:

  • We conduct all business with honesty, integrity, and fairness.
  • We train relevant staff on recognising and avoiding bribery and corruption.
  • We only engage with partners and suppliers who share our commitment to ethical conduct.
  • We encourage the reporting of any concerns or suspected breaches of this policy.

Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action or termination of relationships with third parties.

Sustainability & Environmental Policy

At NUEOS, promoting oral wellbeing goes hand-in-hand with caring for the planet. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and operating sustainably.

Our Actions:

  • We design our products with sustainability in mind, using recyclable and responsibly sourced materials where possible.
  • Our toothpaste and mouthwash tablets reduce plastic waste compared to conventional oral care products.
  • We work with fulfilment and supply partners who support environmentally responsible practices.
  • We minimise unnecessary packaging and strive for efficient, low-impact shipping methods.
  • We continually seek ways to reduce our carbon footprint and improve environmental performance.

Sustainability is a journey - we will keep evolving, guided by science, innovation, and our responsibility to future generations.

Ethical Sourcing Policy

We believe that the products we deliver should support the wellbeing of everyone involved in their creation - from raw materials to final delivery.

Our Standards for Suppliers:

  • No child labour, forced labour, or exploitative practices.
  • Fair pay and safe working conditions in line with applicable labour laws.
  • Respect for workers’ rights, including the right to fair treatment, rest, and a safe workplace.
  • Responsible sourcing of raw materials, avoiding environmental harm or unethical practices.

We expect all suppliers, manufacturers, and fulfilment partners to meet these standards. We may require confirmation or audits to ensure compliance and reserve the right to terminate relationships where serious breaches occur.

Reporting Concerns

If any employee, supplier, partner, or member of the public has concerns about unethical practices, modern slavery, bribery, or environmental harm within NUEOS or our supply chain, we encourage them to contact us confidentially at: ethics@nueos.com

We take all reports seriously and will investigate appropriately.

Ongoing Commitment

These policies reflect our current standards and ambitions. We will review them regularly and update them as our business grows, regulations evolve, and new opportunities for positive change emerge.
