FAQs
What's in the refill?
Three toothpaste sachets and three mouthwash sachets. Each sachet holds 62 tabs, a month's supply for one person using them twice a day, so the refill lasts about two months.
What's the difference between TriplePro and TripleBiotic?
Both toothpaste tabs contain PAP to brighten, and 1000 ppm fluoride with hydroxyapatite to protect enamel. Both mouthwash tabs contain hydroxyapatite and are alcohol-free. TripleBiotic also adds Lactobacillus postbiotic to both the toothpaste and the mouthwash, to help support a balanced oral environment.
I already have a bi-monthly refill subscription. What changes for me?
Your price and bi-monthly delivery stay the same for the foreseeable future, and we'll email you before anything changes. In due course, we'll offer you the option to move to quarterly Subscribe & Save. Full details are in our Subscription Terms.
Do I need the Starter Kit?
No, but it helps. The Starter Kit includes the LightBath, which is central to the NUEOS routine, plus reusable tins for your bathroom. Without tins, you can keep your tabs in their sachets.
How much does delivery cost?
For one-off orders, delivery is calculated at checkout. Free delivery may apply during promotions. Subscribe & Save orders always include free delivery.
How do I update my address or payment details?
Log in to your account to update your details, or contact our support team and we'll help.
Are the sachets recyclable?
Yes. The sachets are made from a paper-aluminium composite: the outer layer is recyclable paper and the inner layer is aluminium foil. Recycle them as your local council advises.
