How to Use It - The NUEOS 5-Step Ritual

1. Floss - Remove debris between teeth using the floss. Press gently up to the gum line.
2. Activate - Crunch a toothpaste tablet and move it around your mouth to coat every tooth. Spit out excess.
3. Let the Light In - Press and hold the button for 2 seconds. Place the Light Bath in your mouth. After 1 minute it will beep. Remove, rinse, and return to the dock.
4. Brush - Brush with your wet manual or electric toothbrush for 2 minutes. Gentle circles. Spit and rinse.
5. Freshen - For extra freshness, chew a mouthwash tablet. Swish, then spit.
